1. Agreement to Terms

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
